REFUND POLICY
Returns We want you to love your Yummi Glow Co. products! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at yummiglowco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at yummiglowco@gmail.com with photos of the item. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective or not functioning as described
- Expired or nearing expiration
- Opened, used, or tampered with prior to delivery
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll need:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and its packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Return shipping for damaged or defective items is covered by us.
